Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Physical Therapy license in the state of Connecticut.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provides hands-on care to patients in their own homes.
• Setting long and short term goals to assist patients to return to full function.
