Direct Placement Recruiter

Summit Careers is looking for a Direct Placement Recruiter to join our team! This is an incredible opportunity for a strong sourcing Recruiter to make an impact and help to grow the direct placement side of our agency.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source for strong candidates for direct placement (full time) roles with our clients.
• Manage interactions with client companies to ensure they are fully satisfied with the services provided by Summit Careers Inc.
• Provide exceptional candidate care to every applicant.
• Independently manage a book of direct placement business while also actively pursuing new business leads and relationships throughout Western Mass and Connecticut.
• Responsible for business development and expanding direct placement customers.

Qualifications:

• 1+years in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiter Role.
• Sales person mentality and the ability to think quickly on your feet to respond to changing business needs.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
