Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a customer service rep.

Responsibilities of the customer service rep:

  • Processes client orders and invoices/prices. Walks client through the process of getting
    an order 
  • ETA and quotes on orders 
  • Maintain client relations and communications

Requirements of the customer service rep:

  • Organizational skills, detail orientated, math skills
  • ERP: Enterprise resource planning
  • Basic understanding of blueprints
