Favorite food:
A Filipino Food that is called “Caldereta”. This is from the Spaniards during their occupation here in the Philippines. It is a type of beef stew. But it is a tomato-based stew that has carrots, potatoes, beans, capsicum, sausage, beef, chillis for a little kick, liver spread, and some cheese to make it extra special. Well, aside from this I love eating Asian cuisines overall! Noodles, Spring rolls, Biryani, Dimsum. Minus the exotic ones, hehehehe.
Mentor/ Person who had the biggest impact on your life:
Right now, I really look up to Joy Tan-Chi Mendoza. She was a raped victim when she was 15 years old, yet after all that traumatic experience she learned how to forgive and have hope in Christ. At this point, she’s a housewife who homeschools her children and is very active in helping women who were abused and is actively serving God along with her entire family.
Favorite aspect about your job:
That I can help employees with their livelihood and get them paid every week.
Most desired place to travel:
I really would like to visit Spain and Greece! Like I want to see the locations from Game of Thrones and Mamma Mia.
What's something unique about yourself:
Unique about myself… This is hard, but I guess having a soft heart is something that I could boast about. However, I easily cry over movies or series that are heavy in drama, and I don’t like watching horror movies. I can’t sleep if I watch horror films.
