1st Shift Fulfillment Admin Assistant

Location: Manchester - Connecticut

WorkType: Temp to Perm

Salary: 

Shift & Shift Days/Times & Start Date: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant include:
  • Account Management responsibilities include supporting the primary project manager for store front customer, entering and processing orders, create user accounts and create/send client requested reports and other inquires.
  • Create and communicate reports to inform internal staff of activity levels, provide billing reports for accounts, customer inventory status for billing purposes and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Bring any issues that arise to the attention of the primary project manager or department manager.
  • Assist staff on ASAP fulfillment software.
  • Act as a customer advocate.
Requirements of the Admin Assistant include:
  • Experience using MS Office.
  • Ability to organize, problem-solve and communicate information effectively.
  • Analytical skills and research abilities a must.
  • Ability to collaborate with others.
