Customer Service Representative is responsible to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner. In addition, working with suppliers to ensure cost, quality and lead time metric are being achieved.

Three to five years working experience in a Customer Service position is preferred in a manufacturing background.

Must have  experience using ERP , Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
