Part Time HR Admin Assistant Role

We have an immediate need for an  Admin Assistant Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant Role:

  • Participate in recruitment efforts
  •  Post job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  •  Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process
  •  Collect employment and tax information
  •  Ensure background checks, drug testing, and reference checks are completed
  •  Prepare new employee files
  •  Oversee the completion of new employee enrollment
  •  Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up on Ease portal)
  •  Maintain records for paid time off
  •  Update employee census
  •  Evaluate information against standards
  •  Other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Admin Assistant Role:
  • Good at establishing and maintaining relationships
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Good communication skills
  • Dependable
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize work
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft – Word, Excel, Power Point
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience preferred, but not necessary
