Admin Assistant
Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant Role:
- Participate in recruitment efforts
- Post job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process
- Collect employment and tax information
- Ensure background checks, drug testing, and reference checks are completed
- Prepare new employee files
- Oversee the completion of new employee enrollment
- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up on Ease portal)
- Maintain records for paid time off
- Update employee census
- Evaluate information against standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Admin Assistant Role:
- Good at establishing and maintaining relationships
- Problem solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Dependable
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft – Word, Excel, Power Point
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience preferred, but not necessary
